Back Orders: All out-of-stock items will be shipped as

Adjustments: If there is a problem with your order, please notify us

Shipping instructions: Orders are sent UPS and should arrive within a
week once we recieve and process your order. Fill out the "Ship to:" section if
different from your address. UPS does not ship to PO Box numbers. Since we use no
preservatives, we recommend you refrigerate all of Gloria's Goodies after opening and use
